Following my post the other day featuring The Milk Carton Kids, I nonchalantly posted a similar NPR Tiny Desk Concert performance of THE LOCAL NATIVES, on my Google+ page. Well, it seems that the boys of THE LOCAL NATIVES have finally ended their continually interrupted silence (they were asked to perform at the famed Disney Concert Hall in L.A., a prestigious venue that only invites a limited amount of "Pop" acts to perform within its hallowed walls... a great honor for the band... in addition to their invitation to support ARCADE FIRE on their last tour, in support of their album "The Suburbs") to debut six new songs on KCRW's "MORNING BECOMES ECLECTIC", my personal favorite Podcast.
Without further adieu, it's time for me (and hopefully you) to enjoy the newly debuted material by one of the West Coast's finest bands.
