I was in a local record store, the other night, securing myself a copy of the new Willie Nelson/Wynton Marsalis/Norah Jones tribute to Ray Charles, when I saw that they had a used copy of a long out of print LP by the inventive Indie singer/songwriter, SUFJAN STEVENS.
This LP is not only one of my personal favorite albums of Mr. Stevens, but it also contains a bonus 7" with two previously unreleased tracks. Wow. That's a bonus. After seeing that I could get the album for $13.99, and seeing that the cheapest used copies on Amazon were $30.00, with new copies fetching over $50.00, I snagged it, and have absolutely no regrets. Tasty listening, for sure...
